Lost on Main Presents Free Creatures at The DownLo!
This last October when the Polyrhythmics played at Lost on Main there was an opener......no, more than just "an opener".... that had everyone dancing and reveling in the sweet, funky, high-energy music by a trio of amazing PNW artists.
That was Free Creatures. And by a strange stroke of luck, they will be raging through Chico on Friday the 13th of December. Just in time to kick off the official holiday season. There will be a nominal charge at the door but, mostly, we just want to give Chico another dose of Free Creatures. Tell your friends..... this is one you surely don’t want to miss.
Free Creatures have been described as:

The Pacific Northwest brings us yet another new musical flavor in the alt hip-hop indie fusion trio, Free Creatures. The trio features emcee & producer Marv Ellis remixing original beats on an MPC live while rapping and freestyling in his beloved and charismatic style. Marv is joined by the smooth, sweet, feminine swagger of upright bassist and singer Emily Turner, and the riveting soul effects of intentional riffs and mind-bending solos from electric guitar wizard Skyler Squglio.
